WORK WITH KACI

MY "WHY"

I came to this work through enduring long, harsh internal winters — seasons of loss, silence, confusion, and the long, slow work of remembering my wholeness.

I learned to let discomfort be my teacher instead of my enemy, to commune with the land for support, and to create community that holds me.

My coming home process led me to somatic healing, breathwork, and communion with plants, spirit, and elements.

I learned how to tend the ember within until it becomes a steady flame, and how to keep that fire alive through the coldest seasons.

I returned to the rhythms of nature, to the medicine found in ceremony, and to the simple acts that root us back into our own humanity.

This is my path of remembering... of finding my own fire in the dark — and I’m honored to help others do the same.

  • BREathwork

Through Conscious Connected Breathwork, we meet the nervous system exactly where it is — allowing what is ready to emerge to unfold organically. The absence of agenda is the medicine, and in that space, profound shifts can occur.

  • somatic healing

Hakomi-inspired mindfulness mentorship using trauma-informed practices to help you meet yourself fully in body, mind, and spirit. This is deep, embodied work for cultivating self-awareness, resilience, and spiritual growth.

    rites of passage

Ceremonies to honor life’s thresholds — the beginnings, endings, and transformations that shape us. Witnessing, holding, and marking these moments with intention so they become touchstones on your journey.

  • plant journeys

Working in ceremonial space with master plants to soften the heart, expand perception, and restore connection to the more-than-human world. These journeys are invitations to remember your place in the web of life.

  • sacred crafting

Using our sacred hands to create with intention and reverence—craft sacred items like rune sets, smudge fans, herb bundles, or drums, and learn the old ways of slow-nourishment: sourdough, canning, kombucha, and more.

  • speaking, teaching

Available for workshops, retreats, and speaking engagements that weave story, skill, and soul. My teaching invites participants into embodied presence and deeper connection — with themselves, each other, and the living world.

EVENTS & GATHERINGS WITH THE SACRED HUMAN WAY

Outside of private sessions and services, you can find opportunities to connect with me, learn from me, or participate in a communal gathering with me in one of our many community offerings here at The Sacred Human Way. Together with my partner Andrew, and sometimes special guest leaders from our community, we hold a multitude of events, workshops and gatherings for community connection, self-sufficiency, and inner-work. Whether it's a drum circle, an animal processing workshop, making your own ceremonial drum, or a Breathwork & sound journey, I'd love for you to join me in remembering these Sacred Human Ways.
