sacred somatic breathwork with live ceremony music

Thursday, October 22nd 6:30-8:00PM Whitefish, Montana Please pre-register. Exact location provided after registration via E-Mail.

Conscious Connected Breathwork

Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a powerful nervous-system oriented somatic modality that uses a specific breath modification technique to shift the O2-CO2 ratio in the body. This shift alters the state of consciousness, offering access to the subconscious mind and nervous system. From this place, we open the door to profound release, transformation, insight, and healing.

LIVE CEREMONY MUSIC

CCB is often practiced to an intentionally curated playlist. In this special breathwork session, Rebecca Avrett Ulizio will intuitively facilitate live ceremony music for your journey, where the vibrations of song & drum will support your expansion and deepening.

WHY THE BREATH?

Consciousness rides on the breath. It's the bridge between spirit and matter, life and death. Through an intentional rhythm of circular breathing, you're invited to access states of deep release, expanded awareness, and profound connection without anything outside of yourself. The breath is the medicine. And it is often just as—if not more potent than any external substance you could consume.

A CURIOUS INNER-EXPLORATION

The invitation through this work is to get curious about what is true within you beyond the conscious mind, and to allow what is asking to be felt to emerge organically, without resistance or force. When we ally with our nervous system safely, then intentionally meet the edge of intensity and possibly discomfort, we're able to build capacity to be with life more skillfully and authentically, building resilience.

POTENTIAL BENEFITS OF A CCB JOURNEY

Every journey is unique, but participants often experience: Release of stored tension, emotion, or trauma. Nervous system regulation and greater resilience. A felt sense of belonging to Self and Source. Easing of anxious, depressed, or other challenging states. Intuitive Insights. Deeper trust and connection with their body. Clarity, insight, or new perspectives. Connection to ancestral wisdom and the wider web of life. Deep rest and integration. This practice doesn’t give you anything you don’t already have—it helps you remember.
