Join us for a Sacred Somatic Breath Ceremony for healing, expansion, and integration.
When we approach our inner world from this altered state, arriving with compassion and curiosity, we create space for what's being held in the body—grief, anxiety, old stories, limiting beliefs, or stress—to organically emerge, be felt, and with the power of the breath: to move.
Come exactly as you are. This is an invitation to feel what's been longing to be felt, to build resilience by meeting your edges, to expand your capacity for presence, and to reconnect with the pulse of life itself so it may guide you where you're meant to be.
How to Prepare:
-
Eat lightly. A mostly empty stomach helps the breath move freely, so avoid heavy meals 2–3 hours prior. Light meals or snacks are okay.
-
Dress comfortably. Wear loose, comfy, layered clothing so you can breathe and move easily.
-
Bring:
-a yoga mat
-a warm layer such as a sweatshirt
-a blanket (you may get chilly!)
-a journal and pen
-a water bottle
-a curious, open heart.
*Small flat pillows or a folded blanket for behind the neck/head are okay, but anything with too much cushion can restrict the airway and interfere with the experience.
*If you'd like to bring something to place on the altar to imbue with the energy of the ceremony and take it home, you're welcome to. -
Avoid substances. Please arrive at the ceremony sober. It's supportive of your experience to refrain from stimulants (like coffee) if possible, alcohol, or other altering substances for at least 24 hours before the ceremony.
